Apartment Azzurro is the ideal solution for couples and families. Located right in the center of San Pantaleo, a characteristic and lively village at the heart of the Costa Smeralda. With three double bedrooms, three bathrooms, a fantastic terrace, and private parking, this accommodation offers a smart solution and a strategic base to explore the entire Costa Smeralda. Moreover, it is in the same building as Apt Bianco, which is exactly upstairs. Therefore, we can accommodate up to 10 people in total. San Pantaleo is known as ‘The village of artists’, but also of ‘stazzi’ (traditional Sardinian houses) and bohemian spirit. It is a small gem nestled in a granite landscape, inspiring works and creations among international artistic circuits for decades. The village stands on the granite massif of Cugnana, surrounded by a wild-looking nature. The enchantment of the renowned emerald coast is part of the panorama that you can admire around, along with the pink hues of granite, even more suggestive at sunset. The original nucleus of the village develops around a beautiful square and the church of San Pantaleo, built in the early twentieth century. But it was in the seventies that the small village began to become famous worldwide thanks to the activity of numerous artists from all over Europe. Painters and sculptors decided to settle in San Pantaleo to open their workshops next to those of Sardinian masters of wrought iron, wood, and ceramics. Even today, the village, especially during the summer season, is a crossroads of artists and lovers of beauty. Every Thursday morning, from May to October, the square and the alleys of the historic center host what some consider the most beautiful market in the world! A collection of stalls where you can find practically everything: fruits, vegetables, cheeses, cured meats, and then again traditional handicrafts, jewelry, candles, clothing, cork, wood, and ceramic objects.

BOOKING RULES

In order to book the property, we require the security deposit that needs to be wired with the balance of the rental, and the balance is due 40 days before arrival. Details about the guests (lead passenger email-address, names and composition of the group, even if provisional) are necessary to confirm a booking.

Our villas are normally rented on a Saturday to Saturday basis throughout the year, however this can vary.

Please inquire with us to find out more about rental periods for specific properties. If you’re interested in shorter stays or alternative arrival days outside the high season, let us know and we’ll try to match your requirements.

Standard Check-in Time after 4:00 p.m.

Standard Check-out by 10:00 a.m. on departure day unless otherwise agreed in advance.

Smoking is not allowed inside the property.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations by the Client must be in writing from the person who made the booking, either by special delivery, email or facsimile. Cancellation applies only from the date of receipt by the Company of the cancellation notification.

If the cancellation notification is received 60 days before check-in, travelers will receive a 100% refund of the amount they have already paid.
If the cancellation notification is received between 60 and 30 days before check-in, travelers will receive a 50% refund.
If the cancellation notification is received after 30 days before check-in, travelers will receive a 0% refund.

Any bank fees are non-refundable and they are always charged to the Guest.

The above cancellation charges represent a reasonable estimate by the Company of the likely losses resulting from your cancellation.

Cancellation charges also apply to partial cancellations (e.g. where a Client books for two weeks but amends to one week. In this case, cancellation charges would apply to the second cancelled week). In the event of a cancellation charge arising under this clause the amount due must be paid by the Client to the Company within 7 days of the charge arising, notwithstanding the fact that the Client’s holiday insurance policy may cover the cancellation charge. It is the Client’s responsibility to claim any insurance monies due as the Company cannot claim on behalf of the Client.

In the event the final destination becomes unreachable due to the evolution of the COVID 19 pandemic, then we will proceed with the full refund of the amounts already paid.

Changes requested by the Client from the rental date or during the staying are deemed equivalent to cancelation and therefore involve the payment of the total price, as specified before.
